Appropriate monitoring of bacterial response to topical antibiotic therapy should accompany the use of Tobramycin Ophthalmic Solution. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eDosage and Administration:\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIn mild to moderate disease, instill one or two drops into the affected eye\/s every four hours. In severe infections, instill two drops into the eye\/s hourly until improvement, following which treatment should be reduced prior to discontinuation.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003ch3\u003eStorage:\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eStore at 2°-30° C (36°-86° F).
